Your $50 booking deposit is non-refundable. You can reschedule up to 2 times, but your inspection must happen within 30 days of your original booking date or the service is forfeited.

Inspection + photo report $219

You pick a 2-day window and morning (7am to noon), afternoon (noon to 6pm) or all day, Monday to Saturday — we come on one of your two days. The inspection takes under an hour. Nobody needs to be home: we just need access to the property, and to know about pets before we go into the back yard. Visual condition inspection of accessible roof and gutter areas; cleaning and repairs are quoted separately.
