How this service works
LiveShowLow helps White Mountains homeowners plan excavation, roofing, and gutter projects and request contact with independent contractors.
Our role
117 Industries operates the project-intake and referral service. We do not perform the construction work or act as the contracting party for it. A contractor is responsible for its licensing, insurance, site assessment, final scope, pricing, agreements, and workmanship. We may receive a referral or marketing fee for a resulting job.
Inspection booking deposits
Online roof and gutter inspection bookings, on this site and on the partner roofing pages that link here, are made through a booking service operated by 117 Industries LLC. To book an arrival window you pay a $50 booking deposit, for one visit or for the Roof Care Plan, with a second $50 deposit when you reserve the plan’s spring check-up.
The booking deposit is paid to 117 Industries LLC for the booking service and is non-refundable. It comes off the inspection price: the inspection is priced by the roofing company shown on the page where you booked, and that company bills the balance (the price less your deposit, or less both deposits on the Roof Care Plan) to your card on the day of service. Card payments, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay, are processed by Square; this website never sees or stores your card number.
Rescheduling and the 30-day window
Your $50 booking deposit is non-refundable. You can reschedule your inspection up to 2 times. Your inspection must happen within 30 days of your original booking date; rescheduling does not restart that 30 days. If the inspection has not happened within 30 days of your original booking date, the service and the deposit are forfeited.
Online estimates
Online results are preliminary planning ranges generated from the information you enter and our configured estimating model. They are not binding offers or guaranteed final prices. Provisional rate models are identified with the result. Site conditions, measurements, access, materials, labor and hidden damage may change the price.
A qualified human must assess the project and provide the final estimate. There is no promise that an online estimate will be within a particular percentage of a contractor’s quote or that an in-person estimate will be lower.
Call requests
Selecting a window requests a call; it does not confirm an appointment. We will contact you to confirm the time and the person handling your request. Contractor availability and service coverage must be checked.
Your information
Provide accurate contact and project information and only upload photos you have permission to share. Request work only for property you own or are authorized to represent. Project forms are not emergency services; if there is immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency assistance.
No obligation
Requesting an estimate does not commit you to a construction contract. Review the contractor’s written scope and price before authorizing work. No payment is collected by this website for submitting an estimate request.
Contractor marketplace
Approved contractor accounts can find matching jobs and post work they are authorized to arrange. New contractor posts go through desk review before appearing on the board. Account approval is a recorded access decision; it is not a guarantee of licensing, insurance, job availability or workmanship.
An offer or assignment starts a project discussion and estimate. It is not permission to begin construction. A human quote and the job owner’s approval must be recorded before the dispatch can move to work in progress. Review and agree the written scope directly with the party commissioning the work. A completion update is a contractor’s report, not proof of payment or an inspection.
The desk may record agreed referral rates and actual customer collections. Calculated fees are records of amounts to reconcile; apart from inspection booking deposits, this website does not collect payments, hold funds or send payouts in the current build.
Imagery
Illustrative imagery presents the setting and service categories. It is not a claim of completed customer projects or a photographic contractor portfolio.
